Elementary Cross Country Coach

Contracted By: Valley Christian School

Time Required: September 1 to October 31, 2025

Responsible To: VCS Athletic Director

Stipend Pay

Responsibilities:

1. Be available for all meets and after-school practices
2. Proactive communicator to athletes, parents, and the athletic director
3. Organization and care of athletic field use, equipment, and uniforms
4. Must be organized with practices, schedules, and game preparations
5. Keep athletes accountable to school policies per sports/coach’s handbook
6. Advance the elementary school Cross Country program

 

Qualifications:

1. Related coaching experience and or practical experience with Elementary Age Children
2. Born Again Christian
3. Committed Christian Life/Testimony – Strong Christian Mentorship
4. Passion to work with young people
5. Required to have a valid First Aid Card
6. Required background check
