PTF: A Community That Serves Together

The Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) brings VCS parents and grandparents together to serve, encourage, and strengthen our school community. Through prayer, volunteer efforts, and events that foster connection, the PTF helps create an environment where families and staff feel supported and united in Christ.

Stronger together in faith and service.

The Parent Teacher Fellowship exists to nurture connection across our school – linking home, classroom, and community through shared faith and genuine care. Whether it’s offering encouragement, supporting teachers, or praying for one another, the PTF helps every family feel they’re part of something bigger than themselves.

Staff Appreciation

Shares gratitude through thoughtful gestures and events that bless our teachers and staff—meals, celebrations, and small acts of encouragement that remind them how valued they are.

Offers spiritual care for VCS families and staff through prayer, support, and compassion. Whether through prayer gatherings, cards, or care baskets, this team lifts up those in need.

Student Events

Brings joy and creativity to the school year with events that inspire generosity and kindness—like the Book Fair, Christmas Store, and Operation Christmas Child.

The PTF meets each month to plan upcoming events and share new opportunities to serve. If you can’t attend in person, you’ll still receive updates with ways to get involved. All VCS parents and grandparents are welcome—whether you lead a committee or help at a single event, there’s a place for you here.
