Absolutely. VCS values lifelong learning and invests in its staff. Of the 50 educators at VCS, 19 hold advanced degrees, and many others have served for over a decade. Teachers are encouraged to pursue additional training, certifications, and continuing education. The school’s reasonable class sizes and supportive community also give staff room to innovate, collaborate, and grow in both their profession and their faith.
